It’s been two years of keeping our doors open for our clients and trying to wait for the court outcome. 🚪 ✈️

It has unfortunately not gone the way for drone fishing, but we are happy that we can finally move forward. It’s been a bumpy difficult road as is.

So we will be clearing all stock at very low prices! 💵 We have one brand new SD4 unit which we will sell at less than cost price. Amongst many other accesories.

So a few days ago the verdict on drone fishing was released and the leave to appeal was granted. (Read text below)

We just got the news we have been waiting for, two judges from the Supreme Court of Appeal have granted us leave to appeal. Basically overruling the high courts verdict denying leave to appeal.

What this means is that the SCA agrees with us in that we have a real chance of overturning the previous verdicts. It will however take time and yes money, we now will wait for a hearing date from the SCA which in all likelyhood will only be next year.

In the mean time, the DFFE won’t be able to anything as any case they may start against anyone will simply be put on hold till this case has been finalized. Even better, each such case would be able to claim punitive costs against them should we win the overall case.

We seriously need every cent of help we can get. Whatever you can spare please contribute and pay it into our lawyers trust account ASAP. Dig deep guys this is not a cheap ride. We are deep in the red on this thing as it stands, but we will win, as we are 100% right in our views.

If anyone does go out and flies his drone for recreational use, please do so responsibly, not near an airport, not in controlled airspace. Stay clear of bystanders. Stay under 45m and stay in line of sight. All according to Part 94 of the CAA.
