About the Role
Radio Waves is looking for a motivated, energetic in‑store salesperson to join our team. If you’re passionate about cars, car audio, and technology, and enjoy working directly with customers, this is the role for you. You’ll be the first point of contact in our store, guiding customers through product options, preparing quotes, and ensuring they leave with the right solution for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in‑store with sales advice and product recommendations.

Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, and sales documentation.

Provide basic technical guidance on car audio, vehicle electronics, and accessory fitments.

Maintain accurate records using Microsoft 365, CRM tools, and inventory systems.

Deliver excellent after‑sales support, including warranties and troubleshooting.

Requirements
Strong communication and people skills.

Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft 365.

Basic technical understanding of car audio and vehicle electronics.

General knowledge of audio brands, vehicles, and the industry.

Valid driver’s licence (Code 8).

Presentable, professional, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Sober habits and reliability.

Relevant sales experience will receive preference.
