Pier 14 Shopping Centre Retail Shopping Centre Pier 14 is Port Elizabeth’s oldest and only themed lifestyle shopping centre.

Formerly known as the Constantia Centre in the 70s and 80s, the recently refurbished Pier 14 is owned and managed by FEC Prop (Pty) Ltd. Situated on the major bus and taxi routes, close to the revamped C*D and Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, it is perfectly positioned for convenient shopping en route to nearby attractions.
