Lovely jersey knitted by Linda Pinda. Elle Yarns KAROO TWEED CHUNKY was used.

Karoo Tweed has been one of the most popular yarns this past winter. If you havnt used it yet, do add to your stash.

Composition is 87% Acrylic, 10% Superwash Wool, 3% Viscose. Ball is 100gr (approx 150m).

Dont forget this yarn is also available in a DOUBLE KNIT as well.

First, and most important. This pattern was designed by Svetlana Rogatykh and it is called Dance of the Butterflies. This pattern is available for free on Ravelry.

ANOTHER brilliant, more advanced Mosaic Workshop by Linda van der Merwe from Wings 'n Things Studio . My WOOL Affair is so privileged to have such a guru presenting these workshops.

Intense concentration, counting and counting even more. But in the end, the final product something that will become an heirloom.

Wickus Terril has been working on this cardigan ( a birthday gift for a special lady) for more than a year. My WOOL Affair is impressed by his perseverance! MWA is also quite impressed with his effort to make this stunning cardigan made from Kismet Yarns MAKING EVERYDAY MANDELA DAY ( Print). Well done Wickus. It is inspiring !

Our MOSAIC WORKSHOPS continues to be an absolute winner with our My WOOL Affair yarnies. Linda from Wings 'n Things Studio presented as always. Definite concentration and lots of counting and explanations. Even some progress to see. MWA will definitely show the progress of these projects!
