*Order will be placed onl
y once 50% of the total amount has been paid and proof of payment has been received.
*Orders take approximately 7 – 10 days to arrive once shipped from the supplier.
*No cash refunds on any products.
*Special ordered products are not exchangeable due to sizing problems.
*Products can be exchanged free of charge only if the same type of product is currently in stock, if you wish to order a different size or colour based on the unsatisfactory results of the product received, the change of the desired product can be ordered at the expense of the customer i.e. no swopping of products if they are not in stock in your size of choice.
*Orders are placed based on demand, you will be informed once your order is placed, if your product needs to be posted a tracking number will be supplied, your parcel can be tracked through 0860 111 502 or 0860 023 133.
*If there are any defects in your products, the product will only be replaced if it is completely unused; products are inspected by us and approved before being posted out.
*Products are not supplied in the original packaging or boxes.
*Orders are posted out as soon as they are received, within the same day with the full outstanding amount if any is paid and proof is received. Cut off time on overnight postage is 12pm, meaning if your parcel is posted after 12pm you will only receive it in 2 days, we will do our best to get your product out as soon as it’s received in order for you to receive it the next day. Overnight parcels are collectable (if posted before 12pm) at 10 am onwards from the post office it was posted to. Speed services do not post out any products after 12pm Friday to Sunday.
