Maria plugged me with so many amazing projects - including Lucky No7 for Netflix. The very first corporate gig she connected me with is what allowed me to buy my first car.

She’d always say, “Ditsala, this is good money. Don’t disappoint me. I trust you.”
And of course, she never let me forget that I owed her my pink cardigan at SA Fashion Week 🤣🤣

She even popped by to say hello at our Joburg PopUp on Saturday. That was just her - present, warm, and full of love for the people she believed in.

The creative industry is mourning a true gem. Thank you for everything, Maria. Your beautiful, selfless soul will never be forgotten.
