28 Years of angling experience compiled in 4 boxes: Fish box 1, Fish box 2, Fish box 3 and Fish box 4

Due to so many products in the market I reduced thousands of dips and floats to only nineteen (19) different flavoured dips and eighteen (18) different floats which are compiled in a box, named Fish Box, Fish Box 2 and Fish Box 3. I already accomplished 3 x National colours, 5 x SAVOF colours and 6 x Gauteng North colours, whereby most of my Signature Series dips and floats were used in accomplishing the above mentioned achievements. Also new to the range will be the "yellow caps" and are already catching fish all over.

🎀🎣 SRA PRO MANIA – CAST HOPE & REEL FOR CHANGE 🎣🎀

SRA is proud to support a very special Pro Mania hosted by SRA ambassador Christopher Green, taking place on 3rd & 4th October 2026 at Bloemhof Dam – Bamboesspruit.

This event is about more than just fishing. 💗 It is about raising awareness for breast cancer, supporting survivors, and standing together in the fight to find a cure.

Wat ’n suksesvolle onlangse SRA Welkom Pro Mania, aangebied deur Pieter Willem De Lange en Louis-Han Nel by Die Sloep, Bloemhofdam! 👏🏻

Ons SRA Ambassadeurs, Louis-Han, het uitstekend gevaar en ’n 3de algehele posisie vir die dag behaal met ’n indrukwekkende 28 visse vir 31 kg! 🏆🔥

Maar dit is nie al nie… Luhandru het ook uitstekend gevaar en ’n 3de plek onder die jonges behaal met 7 visse vir ’n gelooflike 14.1 kg! 👏🏻🎣🏆

En natuurlik was daai SRA Rosemary Floats deel van die plan! 🌿😉 Die resultate praat mos vanself!

🎯 Wat het gewerk die dag:

Mens kan duidelik sien dat die aanbieders baie moeite gedoen het om die dag ’n sukses te maak. Die kompetisie is baie professioneel aangebied en ons waardeer die moeite en toewyding! 👌🏻

🎣 WAT ’N NAWEEK VIR SRA BY DIE GYS PITZER CLASSIC! 🎣

Wat ’n suksesvolle naweek was dit nie vir SRA se twee spanne wat aan die Gys Pitzer Classic deelgeneem het nie! 🔥💪🏻

🏆 SRA GREEN GOBLINS
🥇 1ste in hulle oewer-afdeling/zone – Hartsease
🥇 1ste ALGEHEEL! 🏆

TEAM SRA RED
🎣 Deel 9de in hulle oewer-afdeling/zone – Maizefield

Hier is ’n vinnige opsomming van die verskillende oewers, afstande en kombinasies wat gewerk het:

🟢 HARTSEASE – SRA GREEN GOBLINS
Die SRA Green Goblins-span het heel regs gesit waar daar baie vlak water voor hulle was.

🎯 Afstande: 130 m – 140 m

Maak ’n skoon, soet wit deegie waar jy 'n mespunt SRA Wit Fluoro in die water gooi.
Die terugvoer was dat die visse meestal harde floats gesoek het.

Daar is met dubbelhoek gly-Rietvlei-stroppe gehengel. Ongeag op watter hoek gehengel is, het daar feitlik elke keer ’n:
⚪️🟡 SRA Rosemary Harde Geel of Wit Float
opgewees, met die wit soet deegie as backing.
Die dipkombinasies het gewissel tussen:
🌹 ’n roos-tiepe dip alleen
🍍🍑🫐 SRA Fruity + Bunspice
🌰 Met tye is ’n bietjie SRA Almond ook bygesit.
Louis het opgetel dat toe hy met 0.8-hoekies gehengel het, die byt-tempo effens vinniger was.
Die teorie hieragter kan moontlik wees dat dit vir ’n ligter en meer gebalanseerde aanaanbieding gesorg het.

🔴 MAIZEFIELD – TEAM SRA RED
Team SRA Red het heel regs, baie naby aan die draad, gesit.
Korter afstande was nie regtig ’n opsie nie, aangesien dit heeltyd jong vis opgelewer het.

🎯 Beste afstande: 135 m en 145 m

Daar is ook ’n Moirs almond-deegie gebruik en slegs met enkelhaak-stroppe gehengel.
Een van die kombinasies wat baie goed gewerk het:
⚪🟡 SRA Harde Anys Wit of Geel Float
Almond-deeg backing
slegs een spuit SRA Bloekom/Anys Spray
Hierdie kombinasie het die meeste vis opgelewer.
Vir die groter vis het:
🟡 SRA Harde Geel Musk+ Float
Almond-deeg backing
SRA Almond & Bunspice op die voerbal
die grootste vis van die naweek vir die span opgelewer — ’n 3.3 kg vis! 🎣🔥
Daar is ook ’n klompie jonger visse tussen 1.8 kg en 2.5 kg met dieselfde kombinasie gevang.
Die byte was redelik stadig, so die les hier was: moenie te vinnig jou aas oordoen nie. Geduld was die sleutel.

🏆 WAT ’N PRESTASIE!
Weereens was dit ’n uitstekend georganiseerde Gys Pitzer Classic, met ’n magdom herinneringe wat nog lank by ons almal sal bly.

Ons is gelooflik trots op albei SRA-spanne en veral op ons:
