We don't usually share the full back-and-forth with a client, but this one shows exactly how we work. 🇿🇦

A portrait, engraved with, next to the full izithakazelo for the Khumalo surname. We updated her at every step — the engraving in progress, the finished piece, the courier tracking number — and then she sent us this: "Package received. He loves it."

We don't usually get to build a whole set around one tray, but this one deserved it. 🇿🇦
