Richards Bay Festival Hi all. The vendors are very excited about the Festival (and we are sure you are too). They have been planning and creating and building up stock for months now. Please take the time to support them even if the weather conspires against us. They are committed to being there for all of us, please can we do the same for them. The community of Richards Bay has never been afraid of getting wet, its just a reason to put on those gum boots and rain coats and still have a JOL!!!!
