This wedding was an absolute fairytale, held at The Secret Garden Venue in Ashburton, Durban.

The wonderful newlyweds tied the knot and we were so blessed to be invited to share a day filled with love, family, friends , stomach aching laughter ,incredible food and a roaring party.

I also had the honor of making the couples wedding cakes - Mrs Nash is a lover of Carrot Cake and Mr Nash a coffee chocoholic - The Carrot cake was super (sorry to say it) MOIST enrobed in a lucious cream cheese icing with the added texture of walnuts and sultanas.

My "Life By Chocolate Coffee Cake" is also an incredibly light moist and fluffy sponge made with real dark chocolate with layers of whipped ganache and a seriously good coffee buttercream.

I am still overwhelmed by the beauty of this perfect day.
