Still reflecting on such a beautiful experience.
I had the privilege of being invited as one of the guest speakers at the Women in Motion event hosted by CMH Umhlanga ISUZU ..
I shared a little of my journey thechallenges, the setbacks, starting again, finding purpose and continuing to move forward even when life doesn't look the way you imagined it would.
But what made the experience even more special was listening to the other two young women who spoke. I walked away inspired by their stories, their courage and their different perspectives. It reminded me that women don't have to be at the same stage of life to inspire one another.
Sometimes we simply need to show up, share our stories and remind another woman that she is not alone.
To the woman who feels it's too late, too difficult or that she has missed her opportunity:
It is not too late. Start where you are. Use what you have. Keep moving.
Your story is still being written.
