DWR Distribution have a 2 000sqm premises in LaserPark, Honeydew. The office has a friendly and helpful sales team along with a demonstration area and training facility. A manufacturing department assists with custom made items such as bars or rails, and the cabling team that never have a moment to spare.

Cape Town, Unilumin Africa Has Landed! | UCE Training

The last two days have been an exciting milestone as we hosted our very first Unilumin Certified Engineer (UCE) Training in Cape Town at DWR Distribution.

It’s been great to see the Unilumin momentum continuing to grow across South Africa, with attendees building their knowledge around LED screen basics, configuration, calibration, Novastar software, and troubleshooting.

From system integrators to rental and staging companies, the training brought together multiple parts of the industry as delegates worked towards becoming officially certified Unilumin engineers.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and invested in growing their technical skills and understanding of the Unilumin platform. Special thanks to Dylan Jones and the DWR Distribution Cape Town team for hosting and looking after everyone throughout the training.

The new grandMA3 Software Release v2.4 has officially been announced, bringing a range of important workflow improvements and new features to the MA Lighting ecosystem.

Highlights of the release include:

Panasonic Projector & Display Global MEVIX Launch | Johannesburg

Looking back at the recent Panasonic MEVIX Launch at DWR Distribution, Johannesburg — it was a fantastic day filled with great conversations, hands-on technology, and an exciting atmosphere as customers and industry professionals explored Panasonic’s latest offering now available through DWR Distribution.

From Projection Display and Broadcast solutions to PTZ cameras, studio cameras, and live production technology, guests had the opportunity to experience the Panasonic range up close throughout the day.

Join DWR Distribution ’s Dylan Jones for Unilumin Africa UCE Training taking place in Durban at our brand-new offices on 3rd and 4th June from 9am to 5pm. While entry is free, booking is essential.

The Unilumin Certified Engineer (UCE) training covers LED screen basics, configuration, calibration, Novastar Software, and troubleshooting. Everyone is invited, from system integrators to rental and staging companies.

At the end of the training course, participants must pass an exam.

The course will be hosted free of charge and includes a light lunch and refreshments.

Delegates are kindly requested to bring their own laptops to the course.

The training will be hosted at DWR Distribution Durban, Unit 7, Greystone Park, 135 Old North Coast Road, Glen Anil.

It’s been a tough and intensive two days of training, but well done to everyone who successfully passed the certification. We’re incredibly proud of the response to the Unilumin training programme and even more excited that we now have officially certified Unilumin engineers in the industry.

A big thank you to Dylan Jones for once again hosting our second Unilumin Certified Engineer (UCE) Training session at DWR Distribution, Johannesburg.

This is only the beginning, with more UCE training sessions planned throughout the year in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban.
