After my postpartum journey, I found myself drawn to lavender in the garden.
Iâd pick a few flowers, hold them, smell themâŚ
just for a moment of quiet when everything felt like too much.
It wasnât a cure. It was a coping tool. A small, gentle way to ground myself when everything felt
too much.
Now, I use lavender essential oil in a diffuser. 3-5 drops. 2 minutes of breathing. Eyes closed.
The scent takes me back to those quiet moments when I needed them most.
You donât need an hour of self-care.
Sometimes, a moment is enough.
This is why Iâve chosen to include natural essential oils at Self-Care Sanctuaryâ
not as a solution, but as a natural, gentle tool for moms who need to reset but don't have hours
to do it.
A few important safety notes:
- Essential oils are concentratedâalways dilute before skin contact (1-2 drops in carrier oil)
- Use 3-5 drops in a diffuser (not more)
- If pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor first
- Keep away from babies and pets
You deserve moments of calm, mama. Even in the middle of everything. đ¤
