Today, I’m excited to give you a little behind-the-scenes peek into the creation of a special black evening dress, embellished with beads and sequins.

The process involves:

Designing & Planning:
Crafting a vision that’s both elegant and timeless. Fabric Cutting: Precision is key, as one wrong cut can change the entire fit.
Sewing & Assembly:
Bringing the dress to life, piece by piece.

These intricate details are what make each dress so unique and special. I’m so passionate about what I do, and I love sharing this journey with you.

Hello everyone,

I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself and share my journey with Mantle & Maple. My name is Carla, and I am passionate about helping women feel beautiful in what they wear, as well as in styling and makeup.

For the past 14 years, I have been supplying boutiques with my infinity dresses. When the opportunity arose to open Mantle & Maple in Knysna in 2022, it was a dream come true.
But having a shop in a small town was challenging in quiet months.
Recently, we've decided to move to Somerset West to be closer to family and friends.

Our new shop in Somerset West will focus on wedding dresses, evening wear, and mother-of-the-bride dresses, all available for rental or purchase. Additionally, I will be offering makeup lessons, leveraging my love for makeup.

Our gift boxes were a hit in Knysna, so I’m thrilled to offer them again here. These baby gift boxes are perfect for baby showers, and we will also have wedding boxes and more. Moreover, we will feature wedding accessories, including unique handmade hats and shoes etc.

I look forward to meeting every bride and mother of the bride or groom and welcoming you all to our new shop. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and rooted for Mantle & Maple. I am incredibly grateful.
