6. Each member of this Group is equally bound by POPIA, in terms of protection of personal information of other persons. Abuse of Membership, in terms of placing unwarranted advertisements, sharing membership data, and generally disclosing personal details shared here will be met with immediate removal. In such instances, the Administrators of this Group reserve the right to legal sanction or facilitation of such;

While Administrators of this Group may already be bound to certain requirements in terms of one or more Acts applicable to Social Media in South Africa, this Group is voluntary and as such not Administered on a full-time basis. Visible transgressions are handled as they are discovered and handled offline as are complaints.
