HELP BRING ALFRED HOME

Alfred Manuse, a ground staff member of Parel Vallei, was involved in a serious motor car accident in December in Mozambique. His wife and daughter were in the car with him. His daughter of 10 months, Luana did not survive the accident and Alfred was injured very badly. Both his legs were broken quite severely as well as his arm and he sustained other internal injuries. Alfred is still in Mozambique and will have to undergo more operations.

PV started selling pink “Luana” flower stickers to raise funds to assist Alfred with his medical bills, but since they shared Alfred’s story on our social media yesterday, the response has been phenomenal. The next phase started spontaneously out of the kindness of our community – “WE WANT TO HELP BRING ALFRED HOME!"

I'm not going to lie, the last two years for Rewind Uniforms have been extremely difficult with the challenges we have had to face with schools centering around COVID-19 and online schooling.

This hasn't been an easy ditch to crawl out of but by the Grace of God, my family and Rematch Sport we have survived.

December has given me a little glimmer of hope and I know we are moving forward stronger than ever before.

Thank you to the parents who have supported me during these times, your patience and understanding mean the world to me!

Without you all there would be no business.

Hi Everyone!

Covid has really affected so many lives in different ways. We have lost friends and family members, some have lost their jobs and means to support their families.

Many people have slowly tried to rebuild their small businesses bit by bit and just when things couldn't get any worse the President announced a level 4 lockdown for 12 days.

This will have a major affect on the hospitality industry especially.

I would like encourage everyone to please support your local restaurants by ordering take outs. Let's help keep their doors open.

Please Be Patient with us. COVID-19 has had a massive negative affect on our business.

As you know during lockdown school uniforms were the last thing on parents minds.

Subsequently we moved back into Rematch Sport and Taariq is working really hard to make space for us.

Hoping to get the space sorted by the beginning of December.

Although our Ideas of "normal" have forever changed, Our Schools are going back to full school uniform from the start of the 4th Term.
