From luxurious goose down duvets and pillows to beautiful linen and other comfort products, Makoti has been helping South Africans sleep comfortably for more than 37 years.

And there’s a special connection to the Karoo: Makoti Down Products was founded in June 1989 on Noorspoort Farm in Steytlerville, during a 12-year drought. What began as a small family venture has grown into a proudly South African family business, with its manufacturing facility now based in Kariega (Uitenhage).
Come and discover the Makoti difference – quality, comfort and craftsmanship that has been part of our story since 1989. 🤍

We look forward to seeing you at Karoo & Kork!
