🌯❤️ NEW WEEK, SAME PASSION, LET’S GET PREPPING!

When you arrive at a market, you see the vendors set up, smiling and ready to welcome you. But behind those smiles are hours of work before the first order is even placed!

At the Bite Me Food Truck, it’s preparation, preparation, preparation! 👩‍🍳🔥

The truck gets thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after every market. Then there’s the food, made fresh, with care and plenty of flavour.

Our week is filled with preparing marinades for our Mango Malay and Baba Ghanoush chicken, making sauces, pickling vegetables, and getting every delicious component ready.

And our Harissa beef? Spiced to perfection and slow-cooked to bring you tender, flavour-packed goodness. That kind of delicious takes time! 🔥

Then comes the big job, rolling over 100 fresh shawarma breads by hand! 🫓💪

And the chef behind it all? Chef Fiona. ❤️ Her time, hard work and passion go into every batch, every bread and every bite.

By the time we roll into the market and fire up the grills, hours of kitchen preparation have already gone into bringing you the food we love to serve.

So when you tuck into your next Bite Me shawarma, you’re enjoying a little piece of that passion. Thank you for supporting us and making all that hard work worthwhile! 🙌

Bite Me 🌯 Fee’ding You Right.
Local Love, Global Flavour.
