Yealink has launched an exciting Trade-In Promotion on all new qualifying Yealink handset sales. This is a great opportunity to help customers upgrade their old phones while enjoying significant discounts on Yealink’s latest models.

Promo Overview
Concept: Customers can trade in their old phones for qualifying Yealink IP Desktop, Teams Desktop, DECT, or Wi-Fi phones and receive a trade-in discount.
Promo Period: Effective immediately until end of 2025 (expected to extend into Q1 2026).
Discount Range: 10% – 20% off our current buying price.
Qualifying Models & Discounts
Desktop Phones:
T3x series → 10%
T7x, T8x, T4x, T5x series → 20%
Cordless Phones (Wi-Fi & DECT):
AX83H, AX86R, W74P → 20%
All others → 10%
Teams Phones:
MP52 E2, MP54 E2, MP56 E2 → 15%
Key Terms & Conditions
Trade-in ratio: 1:1, type-for-type (e.g., old desktop for new desktop).
Old devices qualifying: Any brand, any type (Analogue, PSTN, Digital, IP).
Requirements for discount:
List brand, model, MAC/serial number of old phones.
Provide photos of old devices.
No need to physically return old devices.
This promo cannot overlap with other discounts or projects.
Supafone Upgrade Option: Customers currently using a Supafone can upgrade to a Yealink device under this promotion. Please note that Yealink devices are positioned at a higher price point compared to Supafone, but they offer enhanced features and improved performance.
