The Reality of owning Stitch By Stitch KZN | Handmade Crochet 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦

Creating stock is a 15-hour-a-day job. 🧶🧸

Yes, a day can be missed here and there… but ultimately, if I want my shelves, stalls and markets filled with handmade goodies, it takes A LOT of work.

There’s designing, crocheting, stuffing, sewing, finishing, packing, pricing, admin… and then doing it all again the next day. 😂

People see the finished turtle. 🐢
They don’t always see the hours behind it.

So while I’m sitting here crocheting away, just know… this little guy didn’t make himself! 😅

Handmade isn’t mass produced.
It’s made with time, patience, sore hands and a LOT of coffee. ☕🧶

Chaos, but make it cute 🐶🐶

It’s been 2 weeks of utter chaos! 😂

From vet visits, hourly feeding, very little sleep… and let’s not even talk about the mess two puppies can create! 🤦‍♀️🐾

But I’m happy to report that things finally seem to be getting back to normal around here. 🙌❤️
