✨Eggnog Latte✨

Ingredients

1/4 cup of your favorite Eggnog

1/2 cup of non-fat milk

1 sachet of Premium Latte

1/2 Tablespoon of Ground Nutmeg

Pour the eggnog and the milk on a glass, the milk will help keep the sweetness down. Add the latte sachet and mix. Finally, sprinkle some nutmeg on top to serve!

✨Iced Caramel Coffee✨

Ingredients

1/4 of Almond Milk

1/4 cup of Almond Creamer

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 sachet King of Coffee

Caramel Sauce

3/4 ice cubes

Mix the almond milk, creamer, and cinnamon in the blender until combined. Add the sachet of coffee and lightly stir for a few seconds.

Drizzle the caramel around the insides of your glass. Pour in the mix from the blender, add the ice cubes and enjoy!

✨Salted Caramel Mocha✨

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of Salted Caramel Mocha Syrup

1 1/2 tablespoons of Chocolate Sauce

1 sachet of Café Mocha

1 cup of Non-fat milk

Chocolate sauce

In your serving cup, stir to combine the salted caramel syrup, the chocolate sauce, the Café Mocha and 1/4 of the milk.

Meanwhile, in a pot, steam the rest of the milk until hot. Then, pour the steamed milk into the serving cup, stirring gently, pour some chocolate sauce over it to serve.

It's the Christmas season and Beany Business has loads of delicious Christmas treats and recipes for you this holiday! 🎄✨

🎄🥧Chilli chocolate pie🎄🥧

Ingredients

🎄Crust :

✨250g flour
✨200g butter
✨100g icing sugar
✨Pinch of salt
✨3 egg yolks

🎄Filling :

✨170g high cacao chocolate (70%)
✨250ml cream
✨150g mascarpone
✨2 tablespoons sugar
✨2 tablespoons rum
✨100ml water mixed with 1 sachet OG Black
✨1 cup of normal coffee, chilled
✨1 sachet OG Hot Chocolate
✨Pinch of ground chili

🎄Method :

✨Preheat oven to 220°C.

🎄Method for the Crust :

✨Knead all ingredients for the pastry.
✨Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
✨Roll out pastry and place in pans.
✨Fill the pastry with baking beans (for blind baking) and bake for 10 minutes.
✨Remove the baking beans and bake crusts for 5 minutes.
✨Allow the pie crusts to cool and during this time, make the filling.

🎄Method for filling :

✨Melt the chocolate over steam.
✨Beat the cream until it becomes thick and foamy, then add your sugar.
✨Mix the liquid chocolate, add mascarpone, rum, ground chili, OG Black Coffee, OG hot chocolate, and cream.
✨Fill the cooled pies with cream and decorate with chocolate or whipped cream.
