Some recipes just take you straight back to a place and a time. ❤️

When we were still studying in the city, we had a little Mexican spot in Melville that made the most delicious synchronizadas (I’m pretty sure that’s the spelling 😂). They were simple, cheesy, crispy and honestly… so good!

Last night I tried to recreate them from memory, and thankfully the kids and hubs gave them the official thumbs-up! 🙌🏼 They’re so easy, quick and delicious — the perfect family dinner or snack when you don’t feel like making anything complicated.
