Participation Fee

The participation fee is K300 per designer, which contributes towards the Meet & Greet event, including the venue, organisation, and shared meal.

* A non-refundable deposit of K150 is required to confirm your participation and secure your place.
* The deposit allows us to make the necessary bookings and event arrangements in advance.
* The remaining K150 must be paid before the Meet & Greet.
* Each participant is responsible for purchasing their own fabrics and materials.

We look forward to seeing how each designer transforms the same canvas into a completely different masterpiece.
