Where F is the force and D is the distance

Energy is the ability to do work
There are two types of energy
i) Kinetic Energy
ii) Potential Energy

Kinetic Energy is the energy possessed by the body due to it's motion

KE=1/2MV^2

Potential Energy is the Energy by the position of an object
PE=MGH

Power is the rate at which work is done
P=w/t
Where w is the work done and t the time taken
