After telling a lie for your own benefit,
do you ever stop to think about the damage it causes the way it corners someone,
the way it weighs on their mind?
And when the truth finally comes out, do you go back to every place the fire spread, and try to put it out?
or do you just walk away and leave it burning?
Because even when the fire is extinguished, the forest is never the same.
So stop turning people into ashes.
Not everything broken can return to what it was.
