Full payment is made upon receipt of the product. no payment period or plans are offered for any product. Full payment is required when Delivery is made. Until payment has actually cleared, no orders will be handed over. In the case where payment does not clear, LT's Retail has a right to cancel the order completely. Delivery Terms
Deliveries are only made around Harare, including its central business district, and Delivery charges apply, where third party service providers are involved, the quality of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Right to cancel – For orders made, the customer has the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing an order by Directly contacting LT's Retail. Returns – Returns of products purchased are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase and goods must remain unused and returned in their original packaging
