*WE ARE HIRING | FULL-TIME WOODWORKER*
*Company:* Oakline Furnishings
*Location:* Workshop (Ruwa) & Client Sites (Zimbabwe)
*Employment Type:* Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled, qualified, and reliable Woodworker to join our start-up team.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Craft and manufacture high-quality wooden furniture, including beds, tables, wardrobes, cabinets, and shelving.
2. Fabricate and install built-in cupboards, bedroom suites, kitchens, and other fixtures.
3. Perform sanding, staining, sealing, and finishing to a premium standard.
4. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
5. Assist with on-site measurements and installations.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.

*Requirements:*
1. Completion of a Secondary/Technical or Vocational minimum of three (3) years formal apprentice program.
2. Proven experience with hand tools, industrial machinery, and power tools.
3. Ability to read measurements, drawings, and job instructions accurately.
4. Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
5. Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and punctuality.
6. Willingness to grow with a start-up business.
7. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication skills.
