Tiny fingers, sleepy cuddles, and a whole new world to navigate.

The Postpartum Care Kit was created to support mothers through those early days of recovery, adjustment, and learning to care for themselves while caring for a brand-new baby. Little hands helping unpack the newest addition to the birth acupressure kits

One of my favourite parts of running this business with little people around is how naturally conversations about birth become part of everyday life. As we opened boxes, explored the combs and rolled the massage balls, it turned into another opportunity to talk about birth, bodies, babies and the incredible things women can do.

So easy to look back at this and see a glowing, happy pregnancy.
Even coming from me (the one who felt sick with every single baby kick).
It’s wild how different it can look on the outside compared to what’s actually happening.
You can look “fine” and still be barely getting through the day.
