Yesterday, Harrison officially completed his apprenticeship and became a fully qualified butcher!

Four years ago, we proudly introduced him as our newest apprentice. From that impressive first tray of farm-direct Lamb BBQ Chops to mastering the skills of the trade, it has been a privilege to watch him grow into the talented butcher he is today.

This milestone is especially meaningful as Harrison follows in the footsteps of his late stepfather, Kevin — a much-loved member of our MidWest Meats family and a very talented butcher.

Congratulations, Harrison. We are incredibly proud of you and everything you have achieved. We know Kevin would be enormously proud too.
