After more than 20 years with Irribiz, we recently said farewell to Jody Leembruggen.

Jody was a familiar face in Irrigation Sales across the Griffith area, and over the years her professionalism, loyalty, commitment to customer service and genuine care for those she worked with made a lasting impact on our business and our customers.

We are incredibly grateful for everything Jody contributed to Irribiz and wish her every happiness and success in the next chapter.

She will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of working with her.

Earlier this month, our managers from across the Irribiz network came together in Shepparton for our 2026 Managers Conference.

There was plenty on the agenda, but when we asked the team what they value most about getting together, a pretty consistent theme came through: sharing ideas, learning from each other and spending time with people they don’t get to see every day.

With our branches spread across multiple states, these opportunities matter.

They help us share knowledge across the business, strengthen relationships and take new ideas back to our teams and customers.

Here’s what Graham Foley, Chris O’Shea and some of our Branch Managers had to say.
