A great resource for anyone who's new to cargo bikes or still doing their research. The team at Flow MTB has put together a thoughtful guide covering the realities of cargo bike life—from carrying kids and groceries to commuting, choosing the right bike, and what it's really like to live with one.

We were pleased to be invited to contribute to the article, with Jon and Al interviewed by Colin Levitch to share insights from years of riding, using, building, selling and living with eCargo bikes.

Cargo bikes come in three formats. Front loaders, rear loaders and trikes, each suited to different kids, gear and riding styles.

Rear loaders are the most popular. More like a normal bike to ride, more compact to store and generally cheaper.
