Ordered some motors in specifically for a customer repairing an egg incubator turner.

Have a few spares due to MOQ.

$12 each plus post.
1-2 RPM so really, really, slow.
240VAC 4W
D shaft 18mm length
Height 24mm

They are the tiny microwave style motors similar to those used in reindeer motors, so will likely fit in the waterproof cases I have in my storage, somewhere. I'm 99% sure but will confirm when they arrive.

Due at the end of September. Minimal stock available. Not intended to be a regular stock item at this time.

I'm keeping a couple to make myself a couple of very light weight Halloween props as minimal torque, that's their ability to lift, press, force, etc...

Still in the works are some larger motors with higher torque but still a low speed. These will initially come as 240V but looking into potential for 12V so can be run off car/motorcycle batteries (available from ) I'm still finalising specs for this, as need to discover required torque to power my dancing Santa.

We all know the selection of pool noodles in Australia sucks. 2 things, 1: boring colours, as they are designed for kids and pools, but for any crafters wanting ones that they don't need to paint.... 2: the requirement to cater to stupid people!! Labels can be removed, but the "engraved" warnings are a pain in the but!!

Do we not all know that kids need to be supervised when in a pool, especially if they haven't been taught to swim?? Or am I just expecting too much???

Anyhoo, USA already has a better range, my contact just sent me this!!

And I saw that on Facebook the other day.

Imagine what we could create with the better colours and the lack of need to paint them!!

I'm considering getting a box of each colour, they will be $5 each when they get here, but until I can get a full container from China....

I have been in touch with the Sydney manufacturer and they want me to order a 10km length to make a custom colour. That's going to cost more than the container from China which could contain multiple colours. So for now, getting then from the dollar tree and other retailers in the USA is the best I can offer.

For starters they will only be pick up in Melbourne as postage on things like this is ridiculous, so until I can work out something better...

Of course if my friend wins the lottery....

Need to sell everything this year, at 2023 prices. Pretty sure I can get access to everything in the storage without too much rearranging. It's a huge unit and packed full of my entire life.

Some things are easier to get to than others so if i can sell those big boxes first it will make getting to other things asap.

It's a kit, so each one comes with tool set, plenty of beads and instructions

10 pieces each design only to start with, more available within a couple of weeks if sold out. Take about an hour each. Ideas for leftover beads also coming soon.

Suitable for crafty people 10-??? years old, although a steady hand is probably helpful.

Got inspired by this today, so as I had another reason to go to Bunnings, I thought I'd check.

Sadly no, and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. If I had access to photos taken, on my phone, 10 years ago, I could have shown them that they used to sell it... I thought it was very expensive, compared to what Home Depot and Lowes sell it for. Just basic retail, not imported with additional costs.

Anyhoo, after a bit of research I've found a local alternative that's the same stuff and probably better quality.
