🎨 NEW AT WHIMSY | ART BY DUANE MURRIN

We’re excited to have recently introduced the work of BC artist Duane Murrin to Whimsy Seaside Living.

Based in North Vancouver, Duane is a largely self-taught artist whose love of the Canadian landscape comes through in his distinctive style. Drawing inspiration from the Group of Seven, along with the bold graphic style he developed during his early years illustrating gig posters and album covers, his work is colourful, recognizable and distinctly Canadian.

From dramatic mountains and quiet lakes to forests, coastlines and familiar Canadian landmarks, his pieces have a wonderful way of capturing the places and landscapes that make this country so special.

We’ve brought a selection of Duane’s pieces into the shop and are very excited to have them at Whimsy.
