These are a few movements we’ve been loving lately for our clients because they build real-world strength, improve balance and stability, and help people move through everyday life feeling stronger and more confident.

* Reverse Step Downs (glute focused): Helps improve balance, knee stability, and leg strength for everyday things like stairs, getting up off the floor, and moving with more confidence.
* Banded Pallof Press: Strengthens the deep core muscles that help support your back, improve posture, and make everyday movements feel more stable and controlled.
* Banded Pull-Up Assist: Builds upper body strength that carries over to everyday tasks like lifting, carrying, pulling, and improving overall confidence with movement.
* Supported Single Leg RDL: Improves balance and stability while strengthening the muscles that help protect your hips, knees, and lower back during daily activities.
* Cable Face Pull: Helps counteract poor posture from sitting and screen time while strengthening the muscles that support healthy shoulders and neck tension relief.
* Half Kneeling Single Arm Overhead Press: Improves shoulder strength, core stability, and coordination for daily tasks like lifting, reaching overhead, and carrying things more comfortably.
