We are very pleased to announce the return of Francophone Cinema series, hosted by Eric Fillion!

We’ll be kicking things off in two weeks (Sept. 23rd) with Francois Truffaut’s THE 400 BLOWS at 7pm! Jacques Rivette’s DUELLE (Oct. 21st), Éric Rohmer’s LE RAYON VERT (Nov. 18th), and Claire Denis’s BEAU TRAVAIL (Dec. 16th) will all follow, and will also all play at 7pm.

Cinema opens 30 minutes before showtime. Tickets are available in the cinema before showtime.

A 19-year-old Anthony Bourdain travels to Provincetown and stumbles into the chaotic world of a restaurant kitchen, setting off a summer that will shape the course of his life. The film stars Dominic Sessa (The Holdovers), Emilia Jones (CODA), Leo Woodall (Tuner) and Antonio Banderas.

A Guelph staple, a little piece of literary history, and such a cool part of the city’s story.

The café may be gone, but the memories (and the history) remain.
