Making shells for the KUNAFA ALREADY 😅🫶🏽🍫 the Dubai chocolate bar that was created by Chef Nouel Catis, Dessert Innovation is still in high demand 🙂‍↕️ we got a new order of kataifi yesterday and we’re toasting the dough for the next batch today! 💚

Believe it or not this is just the first layer 🎃🍫 the milk chocolate skull is our best seller every year - I can confirm it will be back on the fall menu this year 🙂‍↕️🩸

A common reason most solid bars don’t have a lot going on inside⁉️ it is a pain 🙂‍↕️🍫 both in terms of labour and ingredient costs 😵‍💫 Our solid bars are jam packed with mix-ins for the most texturally exciting and delicious end result IMO 🥳 yes it takes more time. But the end result is more joy 🤩 and that’s always worth it to us 😌🫶🏽
