This Honey Garlic Salmon is sweet, savory, and beautifully glazed. A restaurant worthy dish ready in just 20 minutes.
1- Pat the Chinook salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
2- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and ginger.
3- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place the salmon skin side up in the pan and cook for 4 minutes without moving.
4- Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic sauce over the fillets. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon frequently until cooked through and nicely glazed.
5- Transfer to plates, drizzle with the remaining sauce from the pan, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve with lemon wedges.
