On Friday April 29th our Interact provider Elavon Canada had issues processing Interac payments.
Some Customers were
Debited more than once for a single transaction as the first attempt said « Transaction Not Completed »
Elavon Canada has assured us that all Customers will be credited within the next few weeks,up to 15 business days.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused our customers.
