Broken nose pad arm? It happens more often than you think.
This is one of the most common frame repairs we see, and in almost every case, it comes down to insufficient heat during the original soldering at the manufacturer level.
The good news: it's a fairly easy fix. We re-solder the joint, reinforce it, and repaint the frame so it comes back looking untouched.
