Wine meet fragrance.

Fragrance and wine are both quiet forms of storytelling, crafted through nature, memory, atmosphere, and artistry. Notes of cedar, rose, citrus, oak, dark fruit, and earth unfold slowly, inviting us to pause and experience something deeply sensory.

Both are shaped by origin, patience, and emotion. A vineyard and a perfumer’s studio each transform raw ingredients into something intimate, expressive, and unforgettable. Like wine, fragrance evolves over time, settles uniquely on every person, and leaves behind a lasting impression.

Our Sparkle & Scent workshop at was a beautiful journey through the world of wine and fragrance, where guests sipped bubbles while creating a custom perfume designed entirely for them.

While our previous location was at 326 Davenport Rd, your upcoming workshops will now take place just 4 minutes down the road at our new home: 1333 Bay St, Toronto at the corner of Bay & Davenport

Step into a multi-sensory journey where sparkle meets scent. Your experience begins as you descend down the sparkling ramp, setting the stage for what’s to come. At the base, your host welcomes you by opening a bottle of Trius Brut with a sabre before pouring a celebratory first taste. From there, you’ll move through the aroma wall, awakening your senses—before exploring Canada’s largest sparkling cellar, where the story of each bubble comes to life. The experience continues in the Red Cellar, where a glass of Brut Rosé awaits. Here, the experience transforms. Guided by Orris Labs, you’ll create your own custom perfume, crafting a signature scent to take home. Guests will rotate through in small groups, with the option of creating either a 10ml or 30ml bottle selected at the time of booking.

We’re officially launching our most requested service yet: Emotional Closure™. Ever wonder why you can’t get them out of your head? It’s science. Smells trigger memories—so we’re helping you bottle that chaos, process it, and spray it right into the trash where it belongs. ✨

Our master perfumers have developed a custom profile for that “special” someone in your past:
• Top Notes: Broken Promises (sharp, lingering, slightly bitter)
• Heart Notes: Mixed Signals (smells like a “read” receipt and unreturned calls)
• Base Notes: Regret (heavy, grounding, best served cold)
