These beautiful "Stairs of Knowledge" at the Library of the University of Balamand in Lebanon turn an ordinary staircase into a celebration of books and learning.
Each of the 21 steps features the title of an influential literary classic, arranged in chronological order, creating a visual journey through the history of literature. It's a wonderful reminder that every great adventure and every bit of wisdom begins by turning a page. What a creative way to welcome new students and inspire a lifelong love of reading.
Have you read any of the books featured on these stairs? Which ones would you add?
