You weren’t meant to do motherhood alone.

Not the newborn stage.
Not the toddler meltdowns.
Not the “I just need to get out of the house” days.
And definitely not the “does anyone else feel like this?” moments.

Common Moms started because motherhood can feel really lonely… and finding your people changes everything. 🤍

The moms who text you back.
Save you a seat.
Understand why you’re overstimulated.
And become part of your real life outside the playgroup.

Your village is here.

Comment “VILLAGE” if you’ve been looking for your people.

Common Moms is officially heading to Kelowna and we can’t wait to bring the village with us.

Coffee dates, stroller walks, mom friends, baby classes, nights out… all the things motherhood was never meant to do alone.

Not every mom wants to “go back to normal” after mat leave… and honestly? That’s okay.

If the thought of rushing back to a 9-5, missing milestones, and building someone else’s dream makes your stomach turn… this might be for you.

Common Moms helps moms build something of their own with flexibility, community, purpose, and income potential.

✨ Work for yourself
✨ Build a community in your city
✨ Keep your baby close
✨ Create a career on your terms

This isn’t for every mom.
But if you’ve been quietly thinking… “there has to be another way”

COMMENT “MY TIME” and let’s chat.

If you have ever asked yourself:
“How do I protect my kid without completely isolating them from the world they’re growing up in?”
Then this episode is for you.

Because raising teens today feels… different.

Phones.
Social media.
Snapchat.
TikTok.
Comparison.
Pressure.
Anxiety.
Algorithms raising our kids alongside us.

But what if saying no sometimes is actually the safer, more loving choice?

This week on This Is Common – Life Beyond the Baby, we’re talking about:
✨ social media & teen mental health
✨ parenting in the digital age
✨ the pressure to fit in
✨ setting boundaries without guilt
✨ protecting connection with your teen
✨ and why parenting right now feels so damn hard

Because our kids don’t need perfect parents.
They need connected ones.

1 in 5 moms.

Let that sink in for a second.

Maternal mental health isn’t rare.
It’s not “just hormones.”
And it’s definitely not something you have to just push through.

From baby blues to anxiety, depression, and OCD…
so many moms are quietly struggling while still showing up every single day.

And the hardest part?
It doesn’t always look like struggling.

It can look like:
• Smiling while feeling overwhelmed
• Loving your baby but not feeling like yourself
• Running on empty and calling it “normal”
• Intrusive thoughts you’re too scared to say out loud

If this is you — you are not alone.
And you are not broken.

There is support. There is help. There is a way through this 🤍

Save this. Share it. Check in on a mom you love.

And if you need it — reach out. You deserve support too

My inbox is ALWAYS open.

No one prepared me for this.
Emotionally unstable.
Slightly feral.
Zero patience.

PMS? Perimenopause? Personality upgrade?

No one talks about how fast it can change.
One minute you’re showing up, smiling, thriving…
and the next you’re barely holding it together behind the scenes.

This injury knocked me down in ways I didn’t expect.
Not just physically… mentally too.

Feeling like I’m falling behind.
Like I’m failing.
Like everyone else kept going and I got left here. The “why me” mentality hit hard.

But I’m still here.
Even on the days I don’t feel like myself. 🤍

these moms didn’t wait.

They built something in the middle of nap schedules, daycare drop offs, and reheated coffee.

Now they run their own communities.
Make their own money.
And actually feel like themselves again.

No boss.
No asking for time off.
No choosing between being present and being successful.

Just a business that fits into real life, not the other way around.

Comment “CHAPTER” and I’ll show you how to start yours.

No one is coming to balance it for you.

Not the kids.
Not your partner.
Not your schedule.

If you want a business, you’re building it in the chaos.

In this episode with is the realest take on doing both.

We didn’t grow up with this.
There’s no playbook for raising kids through group chats and private stories and drama that disappears before you even knew it happened.
We’re all just figuring it out as we go — and hoping we’ve made it safe enough for them to talk to us when it gets hard.
None of us really know what we’re doing. But we’re paying attention. That counts for something.
