*TIPS AND TRICKS*
SOME OF THE MOST USEFUL PRESSER FEET FOR YOUR SEWING MACHINE!
-STANDARD PRESSER FOOT
This foot allows you to do all the basic stitches and is a useful guide for keeping the seam allowance consistent or simply sewing in a straight line
-STANDARD ZIP FOOT
This FOOT enables you to stitch close to zips, piping cord or a bone. Some machines also let you change the needle position.
-INVISIBLE ZIP FOOT
This foot has a groove on the underside that holds the zips teeth in the perfect position for sewing invisible zips.
-GATHER FOOT
This draws up the fabric for you, eliminating the need to sew a line on a big stitch and then draw up the threads by hand.
-AUTOMATIC BUTTONHOLE FOOT
Use the gauge and slider at the back of this foot to set the length, then select the button hole function on the machine and your machine will automatically stitch the whole buttonhole
-WALKING FOOT
This allows for better control over stretchy fabric, multiple layers and when pattern matching. It has its own set of feed dogs, which move at the same speed as the lower feed dogs, so fabric is fed evenly through the machine!
