Big improvements don’t always have to come from big changes.

At EWGA, we’re encouraging everyone across the business to look for their 1%: a small change, idea or improvement that can make the way we work a little better.

It could save time, reduce waste, improve a process, help a colleague, or make things better for our customers. On their own, the changes may seem small, but together they can make a real difference.

Welcome to the team, Noni & Sam! 👋🥂

We’re delighted to welcome two new faces to EWGA!

Noni joins us with a background spanning the creative industries - particularly theatre and television - alongside more than a decade in hospitality. With experience in both creative and customer-facing roles, she knows that how you tell a story can be just as important as the story itself. She’s now bringing that perspective to EWGA, helping us showcase the people, producers and wines that make our portfolio so special.

Sam joins with around a decade of experience in the wine trade and a WSET Level 3 qualification. Bringing a brilliant mix of operational expertise and product knowledge, he’ll be working across purchasing, warehouse and sales to help keep our growing portfolio running smoothly - and our high standards of service even higher.

We’re very happy to have you both on board! 🥂
