☀️ June always feels like the true beginning of summer here in the Ribble Valley ☀️

The BBQs come out of hibernation, gardens begin to bloom and those lighter evenings tempt us all outdoors for longer 🌿🌸

This month also brings the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year when the countryside looks especially beautiful glowing in the golden evening light.

And of course, June includes National Cream Tea Day on the 26th, which feels like the perfect excuse to bake a batch of homemade fruit scones and enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea in the garden 🍓☕

Behind the scenes, June is also an exciting month for us at Valley Living as we head off to the annual Progressive Greetings Live event to discover beautiful new ideas, trends and products for the seasons ahead ✨
