OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM HOLLYCHOCS

We had every intention of holding back our popular Orangette Batons to launch with the Christmas Shop.

We failed.

Holly cracked. 🍊🍫

So they’re officially back: tender orange peel coated in a generous layer of our 70% cocoa Tanzanian dark chocolate.

Handmade in small batches, naturally vegan-friendly and available online now.

🎃 Pumpkin Spice is back!

Our seasonal favourite combines a silky pumpkin caramel ganache with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, all wrapped in smooth milk chocolate.

Sweet, warming and wonderfully cosy—it’s autumn in chocolate form.

You’ll find it in our Chocolatier Collection, or you can head to Choose Your Own and build a box filled with Pumpkin Spice and all your Hollychocs favourites.

The only difficult part is choosing… 🤔

Have you seen the dazzling new photography of our Dubai Bar from this week’s photoshoot? ✨

If you love pistachios as much as I do, this is one you need to try.

Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar and engineered the Hollychocs way: smooth milk chocolate filled with freshly ground, gorgeously green Iranian pistachios, crisp pailleté feuilletine for that all-important crunch and a touch of sea salt.

💫 NEPTUNE BARS ARE BACK! 💫

And there’s a reason these beauties were awarded GOLD by Taste of the West 🏆

The judges said:

“The flavours are, simply put, excellent… a real treat!”

Our Neptune Bar combines Madagascan vanilla and local Potterne honey caramel, layered with light, whipped chocolate nougat, before being enrobed in our rich 70% Tanzania single origin dark chocolate.

Gooey caramel. Airy nougat. Deep, bold dark chocolate.

The result? A chocolate bar that’s simply out of this world!

Chocolate and beer? Absolutely! 🍫🍺

We were delighted when approached us to create a Hollychocs chocolate pairing for six of their beers.

Holly put her Chocolate Engineer head on to carefully match each beer with a chocolate that complements its flavours—followed, of course, by the all-important tasting and approval from the Wadworth team!

The finished pairing collection is now available from the online shop and their lovely in Devizes.

Two Wiltshire producers and six delicious beer and chocolate pairings. We can’t wait to hear which is your favourite!

Fresh from the oven… our Champion-winning Triple Chocolate Brookies are back in stock! 🍫

Crisp on top, wonderfully fudgy in the middle and packed with three types of chocolate, they’re ready for back-to-school lunchboxes, after-school treats or that all-important afternoon chocolate fix.

The only question is… will they make it to the lunchboxes? 😋

Apparently launching chocolate in what could be the hottest UK summer on record comes with a few challenges… 🫠🍫

But every chocolate problem is an opportunity for a little chocolate experiment!

Six single origin chocolates. 30 minutes in the sunshine. And some very different results.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be introducing each of our new Chocolate Drops properly - sharing where the cocoa comes from, what makes each origin different and, most importantly, some delicious ways to enjoy them at home.
