Another 31 dawns in the bag! 🌅

October certainly kept us on our toes. Spectacular skies, our first proper storm of the season, some moody mornings and very lively Cornish seas!

Here's a little look back at the month, from the team doing their thing to some favourite moments and a glimpse of the finished prints.

Away from the beaches, we've had some lovely customer stories and our first Christmas orders coming through! 🎁

Hard not to love what we do when the views are like this, especially knowing the special stories these photographs become part of.

When Plan B turns into an absolute belter! 🌅

Tom W wasn't likely to make this morning's St Ives dawn, so Milly and I headed to Bud Vegas (Budleigh Salterton in Devon) as backup.

My first sunrise shoot around the Otter Estuary, and what a spot! So many interesting angles to explore and new smella for the dog to sniff. We will definitely be back!

Amusingly, on the way home, Tom's W pinged through a photo from St Ives harbour... He'd made it out for sunrise after all! 😂

Two coastlines, two Toms, one old dog, two lovely dawns and a cracking assortment of images to start Friday. Plenty to explore on the website!

Not a morning for a dip! 🌊💨 Storm Austen battering St Ives this morning, but we still headed out to capture the dawn as normal 💪
Do love a good storm, from a safe distance obvs.

October dawns definitely hit different! 🌧️🌅Spent the first chunk of this mornings shoot hiding from a heavy downpour in the car, before pulling on the big boy pants and heading down to Porthminster. Good job too!

Heavy clouds, flashes of orange, strong wind and rain sweeping across the wet sand surrounded by what felt like multiple mornings sharing the same sky. All before a beautiful finale.

Very October. Very Cornwall. Very worth getting out of the car for 🍂

Autumn is such a special time of year for dawns in Cornwall.
Later alarms, quieter beaches, warm seas, and changing skies that make every dawn feel slightly unpredictable. Porthgwidden doing the honours this morning. 🍂🌅
