Bank Holiday Monday was typically British in East Yorkshire and it rained a lot ☔️

As I was also rather tired after my physiotherapy course we just went for little plod in Howden obviously my first stop was Ginger’s Ice Cream Parlour for a treat with the addition of a puppy pop 🐾.

I then went for a bit of retail therapy in Tom Loves and got to meet Gatsby who is just as cute as my Angel but much smaller 😂

Luckily I took Daddy with me so I didn’t have to spend my pocket money 👍🏼

Open 10-5pm today with lots of silly goodies, including these caps embroidered in my handwriting, a restock on your favourite diffusers and hand cream AND some new lavender pillow mists 💋💖 come take a look for yourself 👀✨

Coming atcha’ with a fully powered shop (providing the generator continues to work its magic), with candles galore, the most glorious bubble bath known to mankind, girls aloud blaring, Gatsby snoozing, face masks a plenty, an abundance of windchimes AND a welcoming smile from yours truly. Oh, and one of these divine lip jugs remaining 💋🥰 Let’s gooooo 💪🏼

I held off as long as I could, but as the day gets darker, the shop is looking a little less pink than usual, and there’s no music or bright lights and after a busy morning, the card machine is on 13%, so the odds aren’t in my favour. I’ll be taking this time to bath, read a book, and make a spicy marg. thanks for your understanding at this difficult time x

With more dog lovers coming to say hello to Gatsby than I can shake a stick at, it was only a matter of time before I found an array of fun dog toys to capitalise on his arrival 🧸 This ‘buddy Mary’ is my faaave, complete with a crinkly lime, crunchy centre and bungee shrimp! 🦐 Needless to say, it’s quickly become his new favourite beverage! open til 5pm today! 🌈🐾
