CONCHUS

CONCHUS Modern, every day alternatives, for people who are conchus about life.

You’ve been waiting for me to share this…

And I’m so excited (and genuinely over the moon) at the results ☀️

Even as a natural skincare formulator and advocate, I’ll be honest, I really wasn’t sure this would stand up to intense Egyptian sun 🥵

This is honestly why I created CONCHUS and do what I do every day - listening to needs and frustrations and problems, and then researching, learning, developing, and making products available to solve them and serve you everyday in life ❤️

Swipe the slides and I’d love you to let me know your answers in the comments 🙏🏼😘🫶🏻

The final one. And possibly my favourite. Swaps that don’t cost the earth - in every sense of the word 🌿

No shocking science this week. No ingredient lists. Just the simplest swaps - the ones that cost nothing and change how you think, not just what you buy.

Secondhand first. Having less but better. Walking. Who Gives A Crap. And the washable menstrual pad story on slide 6 that I genuinely didn’t plan but might be the best argument for reusables I’ve ever accidentally made.

DM me for my referral codes for Vinted, Who Gives A Crap and Daye - they all come with something for you too 🌿

No ads. No agenda. Just six weeks of honest living, imperfectly shared.

Save this - and tell me in the comments, which week was your favourite?👇

We breathe in everything we burn, spray and plug in at home. And most of it contains synthetic fragrance chemicals that evaporate into the air all day long.

This week of my low tox low waste living series is different. It’s not about removing things.

It’s about joy 🌸

How I scent my home beautifully - and my body - without a single synthetic chemical.

Plus the pine forest science that will change how you look at your diffuser, and the essential oils guide on slide 5 that’s genuinely worth saving.

The CONCHUS shop closes Saturday 16th May for a little break - if you’d like to order 🥰

No ads. No gifted products.
No agenda. Just what I actually do.

Save this - and tell me in the comments, which low tox low waste home scent option are you going to try? 🌿

I’m done with working out. I’ve reached a time in my life where I just want to work in.

This is my real morning. Lumpy legs, old t-shirt, knickers retrieved.

No production, no performance - just thirty minutes of saying I’m worth this.

If you’d like the links to the free YouTube videos I follow, drop a comment or DM me and I’ll share them.

Who’s with me?

Living better is always a journey ❤️

This week of my low tox low waste living series covers the things nobody talks about - like what your scratched non-stick pan is releasing into your food every time you cook, why your plastic chopping board might be doing the same, and how to make your own electrolytes for almost nothing.

Plus 13 years of baking my own bread, the truth about refined sugar, and why better is always enough - even when the internet tells you otherwise.

I have referral codes for Huel, Riverford, Brew Tea Co and Overherd - drop me a DM or comment FOOD below and I’ll send them straight to you. No obligation - my opinion of every single product is the same whether you use my link or not.

No ads. No gifted products. No agenda.
Just what I actually do 🌿

Week 4 of 6 - save this and tell me in the comments which one surprised you most 👇
