After many years of doing crystal healing courses in Glastonbury, aswell as case studies and working with crystals myself, I am now officially a qualified crystal healing teacher! ✨

It wasn’t a path I was planning on taking, but I was very blessed to have 2 amazing teachers who felt guided to encourage me to do the teacher training course, and I’m so glad they did! I felt so enlightened doing this course and came out a much stronger, happier person! I feel like I have now found my purpose in life.

I’ve spent the past few years quite isolated, trying to heal myself and find myself again. My light is starting to shine bright again and I can’t wait to teach crystal healing in the future!

Hi everyone!

Wow it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here! And I apologise for the lack of content. I hope you are all doing ok and have managed to survive 2024. I feel that 2025 will be a lot more full on in a way, so remember to stay grounded, focus on YOU and practise lots of self love. In order to help others and the world, we must come from a place that is filled with light. This world desperately needs it but we cannot give it if we don’t look after ourselves first 🩷

I am good and I am back with lots of new shiny crystals! Including this amazing half moon ocean Jasper carving 🌙

I spent a lot of time on my own last year doing various projects and things that make me happy. I find social media quite hard to navigate because let’s face it, it’s not always good for you. I really want to put my heart back into StarSoul and I hope that this year I can do that ☺️🩷

I went for a walk one early Sunday morning and came across this herd of deer. A beautiful magnificent white stag appeared within the group, and as I crouched down to watch them, the white stag looked straight at me. He was watching over the herd as they all grazed. His energy was so powerful and strong that I couldn’t move. We just stared at each other and his presence and the connection we had was something I will never forget. 🦌🤍

It is a deeply relaxing form of meditation done laying down for our wellbeing. This is not a yoga class.

✨ WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?:
Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. It is an ancient form of meditation done laying down usually on your back where you enter a deeper state of conscious relaxation, between awake and sleep, the liminal edges of your mind. The faciliator guides you through the practice, your physical body relaxes whilst your mind is awake and you expereince different states of consiousness.
There are many benefits of yoga nidra from calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress, providing deep relaxation to enable the body to function more efficiently, improving sleep, reducing tension and pain, enhancing cognition and memory, boosting energy levels and calming hormones, overall improving your wellbeing and giving yourself time to experience deep rest!

✨ WHAT HAPPENS AT THE SESSION:
We will all settle ourselves and get comfortable. I will then lead us with two Yoga Nidras, the first will be a shorter one, we will have a break then go into the longer one. I may incorporate some sounds. We will then have some time after to ground before going home. I suggest bringing a drink and snack to have at this point.

COUGHS & COLDS: Please do not come if you have coughs and colds that you could share to others. If you have a little tickle that is not contagious then a cough here or there is OK, but could be distracting if continuous.
